At The Rusland Pool Hotel, we welcome your feedback because it helps us to be continually improving our hotel and facilicies.
We have staff, who are always happy to help, on the hotel premises 24 hours per day and they are trained to manage any issues or complaints that you may have there and then. Each of our staff are happy to discuss your room, your restaurant food or your experience in any areas of our hotel, and have a number of avenues of resolution that they can offer there and then, at their discretion.
So, all we ask, is that if you are not happy with something, feel something hasn't lived up to your expectations or if something is broken or not working in your room, that you tell us while you are at the hotel, so that we can address it there and then, and make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
Please note, we will not offer discounts, refunds or any form of compensation for any problems that are raised after you have checked out of the hotel, paid your restaurant bill or left the premises. If you feel that you have not had the experience you expected then please raise it before you leave to give us every possible opportunity to put it right.
